Lengths -
Any length in 12′ increments, 96′, 108′ and 144′ are most accommodating
sizes for poly covering, custom lengths available

7′ to 10′ gutter height, custom heights available

Structural Components

Posts -
12 ga. galvanized 2″ x 3 1/4″ C-profile or 4′ x 4′ treated pine, dressed or rough cut

Gutters -
14 ga. galvanized or galvalume, 8″ wide, 2 1/2″ deep with 1-1/2″ edges, 12″ long
oversized splices bolted to gutters, splices bolted to posts.

Side Purlins-
1-1/2″ high, 16 ga. galvanized hatbox channel or treated pine 2″ x 4′ and 2″ x 6″

Wind Bracing -
with steel posts – 1/4″ galv. cable with 3/8″ eyebolts to be crossed at 2nd bay in from each end in each post line to provide maximum strength.
with wood posts – 1/4″ cable through each post line terminating into 48″ earth anchors & x-bracing

Concrete Foundation -
12″ x 3′ deep concrete piers with posts embedded in concrete for steel post
Wood posts held with cable/earth anchor/turnbuckle setup

Roof Structure

Arch Bows -
Bolted every 12′ to gutters & posts
1-5/8″ x .042 pipe is used for bows, bottom cord and vertical brace

Regular Bows -
1-5/8″ x .042 pipe is spaced every 4′ or 6′ in between arch bows

Roof Purlins -
1-3/8″ x .042 pipe to run continuous the length of the houses tying bows & arch bows together
One top purlin and one bottom purlin in each house

Gable Diagonals -
Each gable is diagonally braced to posts, bows and gutters

Other Components

Poly fastening -
The entire roof perimeter of each building to have “Imperial aluminum cliplock” or “Imperial aluminum snaplock”

Blowers -
Dayton shade pole, squirrel cage blowers mounted on an aluminum bracket for poly inflation

Sliding Doors -
16 ga. galvanized 1-1/2″ structural square tubing welded to required size

Aluminum trimmed, fiberglass or polycarbonate covered.

Walk-in Doors -
3′ x 6′ 8″ aluminum framed, aluminum clad, wood core door with locking hardware

Fasteners -
All bolts, nuts & washers are hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel

All tek screws are coated, galvanized, high strength steel
All nails are hot dipped galvanized
