13′ & 14′ gutter height: 11 ga. galvanized 3″ x 3″ x 11 ga. structural square tubing

Gutters -
14 ga. galvalume, 8″ wide, 2-1/2″ deep with 1-1/2″ edges, 12′ long
Oversized splices bolted to gutters, splices bolted to posts

Side Purlins-
1-1/2″ high, 16 ga. galvanized hatbox channel

Wind Bracing -
1/4″ galvanized cable with 3/8″ eyebolts as required for maximum strength & stability

Roof Structure

Trussed Bows -
Bolted every 12′ to gutters & posts

1-5/8″ x .055 structural round tubing for top cord & bottom cord

1-5/8″ x .042 structural round tubing for webbing & knee braces

Trussed Bows are bolted together to form pre-engineered, wind loaded member

Regular Bows -
Bolted to gutters every 4′ between Trussed Bows

1-5/8″ x .055 structural round pipe

Roof Purlins -
1-3/8″ x .042 structural round tubing to run continuous the length of the houses securing the bows & Trussed Bows together

3 per 21′ & 24′ house, 5 per 30′ house

Roof Vent -
4′ vertical vent operated with tube motor

Poly fastening -
The entire roof perimeter of each building to have “Imperial aluminum cliplock” or “Imperial aluminum snaplock”

Blowers -
Dayton shade pole, squirrel cage blowers mounted on an aluminum bracket for poly inflation

Sliding Doors -
16 ga. galvanized 1-1/2″ structural square tubing welded to required size

Aluminum trimmed, fiberglass or polycarbonate covered.

Walk-in Doors -
3′ x 6′ 8″ aluminum framed, aluminum clad, wood core door with locking hardware

Fasteners -
All bolts, nuts & washers are hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel

All tek screws are coated, galvanized, high strength steel
