Posts
7′ thru 10′ gutter height: 12 ga. galvanized 2" x 3-1/4" x 12 ga. C-profile
11′  & 12′ gutter height: 12 ga. galvanized 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 12 ga. C-profile
13′ & 16′ gutter height: 11  ga. galvanized 3" x 3" x 11 ga. structural square tubing

Gutters
14 ga. galvalume, 8" wide, 2-1/2" deep with 1-1/2" edges, 12′ long.
Oversized splices bolted to gutters, splices bolted to posts

Side Purlins
1-1/2" high, 16 ga. galvanized hatbox channel

Wind Bracing
1/4" galvanized cable with 3/8" eyebolts as required for maximum strength & stability

Concrete Foundation
12" x 3′ deep concrete piers with each post embedded in concrete for 21′ and 23′ houses
16" x 3′ deep concrete piers with post embedded in concrete for 30′ houses

ROOF STRUCTURE

Bar Joists
Welded, channel bar joists bolted every 12′ to posts

Bows
Bolted to gutters every 4′.
1-5/8" x .042 structural round pipe for 21′, 23′ & 30′ houses

Vertical Brace
Bolted to center of bar joist and bow every 12′.
1 -5/8" x .042 structural round pipe

Roof Purlins
1-3/8" x .042 structural round tubing to run continuous the length of the houses securing the bows
3 total in 21 and 23′ houses
5 total in 30′ houses

Gable Diagonals
Each gable is diagonally braced to posts, bows and gutters

OTHER COMPONENTS

Poly fastening
The entire roof perimeter of each building to have aluminum poly latching extrusions.

Blowers
Dayton shade pole, squirrel cage blowers mounted on an aluminum bracket for poly inflation

Sliding Doors
16 ga. galvanized  1-1/2" structural square tubing welded to required size
Aluminum trimmed, fiberglass or polycarbonate covered.

Walk-in Doors
3′ x 6′ 8" aluminum framed, aluminum clad, wood core door with locking hardware

Fasteners
All bolts, nuts & washers are hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel
All tek screws are coated, galvanized, high strength steel
