Trussed Bows -
Bolted every 12′ to gutters & posts
30′ – 1-5/8″ x .042 structural round tubing for top cord & bottom cord
35′ – 1-5/8″ x .055 structural round tubing for top cord & bottom cord

1-5/8″ x .042 structural round tubing for webbing & knee braces

Trussed Bows are bolted together to form pre-engineered, wind loaded member
Post cover is of 14 ga. galvanized metal
Bow cover is of 16 ga. galvanized metal

Regular Bows -
Bolted to gutters every 4′ between Trussed Bows
30′ – 1-5/8″ x .42 structural round pipe

35′ – 1-5/8″ x .55 structural round pipe

Roof Purlins -

The entire roof perimeter of each building to have “Imperial aluminum cliplock” or “Imperial aluminum snaplock”

Blowers -
Dayton shade pole, squirrel cage blowers mounted on an aluminum bracket for poly inflation

Sliding Doors -
16 ga. galvanized 1-1/2″ structural square tubing welded to required size

Aluminum trimmed, fiberglass or polycarbonate covered.

Walk-in Doors -
3′ x 6′ 8″ aluminum framed, aluminum clad, wood core door with locking hardware

Fasteners -
All bolts, nuts & washers are hot dipped galvanized or stainless steel

All tek screws are coated, galvanized, high strength steel
