Structural Components
Posts -
1- 7/8” x 14 ga. galvanized structural tubing placed every 6’ in sidewalls
Side Purlins-
3/4” high x 3” wide x 20 ga. galvanized hatbox channel
Wind Bracing -
1/4″ galvanized cable with 3/8″ eyebolts as required for maximum strength & stability
Concrete Foundation -
Owner’s option; between 1 to 2 cf of concrete recommended around each post
Roof Structure
Bows -
Bolted every 6’ to posts
1-5/8” x .042 structural tubing for 16’, 20’ & 24’ houses
1-5/8” x .055 structural tubing for 30’ house
Roof Purlins -
1-3/8” x .042 structural tubing to run continuous the length of the houses securing the bows together
1 total in 16’ & 20’ houses
3 total in 24’ & 30’ houses
Gable Diagonals -
Each gable is diagonally braced to posts & bows
Poly Roof
Poly -
Single or double layer, 6 mil., 4 year poly, white or clear
Poly fastening
The entire roof perimeter to have aluminum wirelock for securing coverings
Blowers
(for double poly inflation) Dayton shade pole, squirrel cage blowers mounted on an aluminum bracket
Gable end Framing
Structure – Includes vertical and horizontal pipes, brackets & fasteners

Walk-in Doors – 3’ x 6’ 8” aluminum framed, aluminum clad, wood core door with locking hardware
